List of Mortgage Lenders Participating in the Hope Now Alliance

You should be ready with the following information:

* Name
* Address
* Telephone number
* Email Address
* Servicer's Name
* Loan Number
* Current Income and Expenses
* Reason for Default
* Is the loan in bankruptcy? (if yes, you will need to provide the names, location, case number, and attorney).
* Is the propery owner occupied?

ATTENTION: Individuals, brokers and real estate agents are not part of the alliance.

Please look for the contact information of your mortgage lender here. If you don't see the lender here please look in your payment slip or in the mortgage docs. If your lender is a private lender try to contact him/her first also. If your lender is in this list and doesn't work with the HOPENOW programs please let me know so we can report it.

If you are already in Foreclosure, you already tried to contact your mortgage lender and are ready to look for help please fill out the form on the right and we will contact you with an agency. You can also contact an approved Hope Now Agency in your state or city

Some members of HopeNowMortgages.com website have contacted us and told us that some lenders are not very willing to work with the HOPENOW Programs. If you mortgage is being held by a lender that is in the list, they should at least let you know that option. If you are not receiving any help from a Hopenow member please let us know at and we will contact the hope now alliance to let them know.

If you have your loan or mortgage with one of them and they don't offer Hope Now Programs please let me know ( info@hopenowmortgages.com) so we can report them and they can be exclude from the list. But remember that the HopeNow Programs ( FHA secure, Hope for Homeowners, Freeze Rate, Stremline Modification Program, etc) are some of the options you have. You can have better and faster alternatives going with private agencies. Please compare the options available to you.
